Transcripts and Cumulative Records
Administration will maintain all legal transcripts and cumulative records as provided by law. Student records are confidential and therefore open only to the child's teacher, the school Administrators, and the child's parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Reports of student achievement and progress are provided to the parents twice a year. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at the end of each academic semester.

Parent-teacher conferences are required at the end of each grading period and whenever needed or desired. Discipline: Redirection of Child Behavior

School Disaster Plan
In the event of fire and other disasters, we are prepared to provide for the safety and well being of all the children. A copy of the school disaster plan is available for review upon request. The school shall keep updated the First Aid and CPR training of our staff members. Fire and disaster drills are conducted on a regular basis and children are instructed where to go and what to do when disaster occurs. Parents or their designated representatives may pick up their children as soon as it is safe to do so. Emergency supplies such as first aid kits, food, and flashlights, labeled for use in case of emergency, are stored in each classroom. Our emergency relocation site is the Congregation Beth El Auditorium. In the event a school wide emergency occurs, the parents will be contacted as soon as possible and asked to pick their children up at the designated relocation site.
